Position Overview:

  • Leadership Responsibilities: Oversee the development and functioning of the Cardiovascular Department, including clinical management and strategic initiatives. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the future of cardiology services.
  • Comprehensive Cardiac Services: Engage in a full range of cardiac services, encompassing diagnostic and interventional cardiology, vascular and endovascular surgery, electrophysiology, cardiac rehabilitation, and advanced cardiac imaging.
  • Clinical Excellence: Deliver both inpatient and outpatient cardiology services, ensuring top-tier care and supervising the cardiac rehabilitation unit.
  • Medical Staff Involvement: Actively participate in medical staff activities, aiding in the recruitment and retention of cardiologists and advanced practitioners.
  • Advanced Technological Integration: Utilize Epic, our comprehensive electronic health record system. The Guthrie Medical Group has consistently achieved Epic Gold Stars Level 10 for several years, reflecting our effective use of the system's extensive capabilities.
