Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Tesla. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our battery cell manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain standardized manufacturing instructions and control plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on operations management.
- Proven track record of improving productivity and quality in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop production teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience with process development.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
