About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Lifespace Communities. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales productivity, census, and occupancy for our assisted living, health centers, and memory care communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve performance goals and increase revenue.
- Supervise, train, and mentor Sales Directors and admissions teams to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the support center and local communities to develop annual census, occupancy, and budgetary goals.
- Design and implement company-wide sales and move-in training curriculum and systems protocols.
- Participate in sales presentations and callouts to coach and monitor performance.
- Develop and implement community external business development outreach programs to increase referrals.
- Manage health care payor sources, including Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMOs, and private pays, and correlate their implications to the revenue model at each community and Lifespace.
- Lead the development and implementation of occupancy improvement action plans for struggling properties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ten to twelve years of CCRC sales experience
