Job Requirements:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing operations: Assist in the implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Analyze and improve processes: Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production staff to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Develop technical skills: Receive training and develop skills in CNC equipment operation, programming, and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments: Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with the latest manufacturing technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in metal-cutting work environments
