Manufacturing Engineer Trainee

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing operations: Assist in the implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Analyze and improve processes: Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with team members: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production staff to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Develop technical skills: Receive training and develop skills in CNC equipment operation, programming, and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments: Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with the latest manufacturing technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (mechanical, industrial, or related field)
• Experience in manufacturing processes through internship, co-op, or full-time employment
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to read and decipher manufacturing drawings and procedures
• Experience in metal-cutting work environments
• Working knowledge of CNC equipment and programming
