Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse on our per diem team, you will utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with your scope of practice. You will support the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within the St. Joseph's Healthcare System and on your assigned unit.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a closely related field preferred, and licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey. You must also have current clinical experience and successful completion of BLS, department specific orientation, and department specific certifications such as PALS, ACLS, etc. Additionally, you must be able to meet all Human Resource requirements and work a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 4-week time schedule and 1 summer and 1 winter Holiday.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
