Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at The Northrop Connection, LLC. As a fully licensed therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with adult clients, providing evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments and help clients reach their specific treatment goals.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide mental health therapy for adults, utilizing a range of techniques to address various mental health disorders.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve treatment goals, promoting positive change and growth.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
- Ensure adherence to facility and licensing standards, upholding the highest standards of care.
- Deliver services in our Dallas office and via telehealth, providing flexibility and convenience for clients.
- Masters degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist, with a focus on adult clients and mental health disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Northrop Connection, LLC is a medium-sized group mental health practice, founded in 2018 by Jessica Northrop, LCSW. Our team of 13 professionals, including 10 fully licensed therapists, provides services in our Dallas office, via telehealth, and in select Paulding County Schools. Our mission is to elevate the mental health of Paulding County and Georgia, using compassion and competence to deliver person-centered and evidence-based therapy, while cultivating freedom and excellence for clinicians.
