About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality speech language pathology services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
