Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Premium Audit Specialist to operate within the Maryland region. This role involves frequent travel throughout the DMV area twice a week, with the remainder of the work being conducted virtually.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute premium audits in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and industry standards.
2. Provide ongoing auditing support to identify and address premium fraud on selected accounts.
3. Oversee, monitor, and manage audits for the designated territory using appropriate tools and resources.
4. Ensure compliance with time to serve, productivity, and quality standards aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
5. Evaluate and analyze significant account information, making informed decisions and recommendations for account adjustments.
6. Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and internal teams to address and resolve audit disputes as necessary.
7. Conduct scheduled peer quality reviews to maintain high audit quality.
8. Review completed field audits to ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and industry standards.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of premium audit experience (not including regular or IT audits).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of managing workload effectively while in the field.
- Valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
