About the Role:

The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, leveraging our tech stack to detect adversaries in an ever-changing threat landscape. You will be responsible for maintaining multiple EDR platforms, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling proactive upgrades.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve EDR platforms to ensure optimal performance and detection capabilities.
  • Tune our technology stack to enhance efficacy and actionable response.
  • Identify workflow improvements and automate processes through our Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platform.
  • Assist in continuous improvement efforts to evaluate detection and response capabilities.
  • Develop and drive methods to detect potential threats.
  • Maintain the SOAR platform to support day-to-day SOC activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance, document, and train on our detection capabilities.
  • Build scripts and reports as necessary to support the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Endpoint Protection Platforms, including SentinelOne, Crowdstrike, and Defender.
  • Knowledge of Crowdstrike's Falcon LogScale and ability to build queries, reports, and alerts.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python and Javascript.
