Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Sales Associate to lead the client's experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld and creating a memorable experience for our clients. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shop atmosphere
  • Troubleshooting reservation system issues and optimizing appointments to fit business needs
  • Maintaining overall shop cleanliness and adhering to Drybar standards
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment
  • Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems is strongly preferred
  • Previous salon/spa experience is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image
  • Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
