Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a software development practice within our Digital Transformation Division
  • Define the technical vision, manage software development projects, and foster a culture of innovation
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives
  • Build client relationships, drive revenue growth, and stay at the forefront of emerging technologies

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, and developing talent
  • Deep technical expertise in modern software development methodologies, technologies, and architectures
  • Business acumen, with a strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to align technology strategies
  • Project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capture/proposal management experience, with a proven ability to lead capture and proposal efforts
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation and the ability to identify new market opportunities
  • Consulting experience, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver value
  • 10+ years of US Federal Government industry knowledge
  • P&L responsibility, with experience managing a software development P&L
  • Advanced degrees in computer science or a related field

Security Clearance Requirements

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers
