Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Candidate will be building out a view that allows practitioners to review and model contributions for Open Enrollment solutions created by Benefits Service Specialists. Clients will be able to view solutions marked as Show to Client and to model contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain intranet applications and data projects.
  • Analyze user feedback and requests to define objectives and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete application development and troubleshoot development and production problems.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests.
  • Deliver software that performs extremely well under heavy load.
  • Write tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Cooperate with the back-end developer to build REST-full web services.
  • Validate user actions on the client side and provide responsive feedback.
  • Write non-blocking code using advanced techniques such as multi-threading.
  • Create custom, general-use modules and components that extend Angular elements and modules.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional development experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • C# web-based applications.
  • Deep knowledge of Angular or React practices and commonly used modules.
  • Experience working with MongoDB, DocumentDB, or NoSQL/SQL.
  • Experience operating in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Software development fundamentals like Open-Closed Principle.
  • Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5, and CSS.
  • Ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
  • Create software documentation and update existing documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area.
