Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all studio visitors
  • Promote our brand and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness experience
  • Work closely with our trainers to deliver high-quality studio tours and introductory sessions
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to member inquiries
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing their concerns and providing personalized support
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
