Are you the next generation's voice in journalism? A.N. Publishing is seeking a dedicated Editor for a long-term commitment. This part-time role is conducted remotely, allowing you to work from your own location while collaborating with an all-volunteer team of writers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary site manager under the guidance of the Publisher.
- Assist in the selection and oversight of site contributors.
- Facilitate the distribution of assignments that align with the target audience.
- Collaborate with contributors to craft AP Style articles from initial concepts to finished pieces.
- Review and approve submitted content.
- Verify all citations and scrutinize references.
- Adhere to deadlines and production standards.
- Help create and distribute all relevant staff communications.
