Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our senior housing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of quality care to clients
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet the individual needs of clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of client care and staff performance
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to client care or staff performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum of one to two years of nursing experience, preferably in a senior housing or long-term care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
