About the Role

At American Senior Benefits, we're looking for a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing our tested marketing strategies, evaluating current coverage, and recommending the best solutions for our clients. Your ability to work alongside clients to deliver risk management strategies and nurture relationships will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities

• Implement our proven marketing strategies to reach new clients
• Evaluate current coverage and make recommendations for improvement
• Use our systems to find and place the best solutions for clients
• Work closely with clients to deliver risk management strategies and protect their retirement
• Nurture existing relationships and build trust with clients
• Partner with a team to support our community and maintain all insurance documents and records in compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements and Skills

• Experience in sales or customer service is an asset
• Ability to analyze financial information and comply with regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Attention to detail and strong math skills
• Strong ethics and a customer-oriented attitude
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to foster long-term relationships
• Valid professional licensing

Compensation

USD $61,000.00 to USD $101,000.00 per year
