Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, with the ability to efficiently work in Microsoft Office programs. A strong desire to provide extraordinary customer service to our dealer/customer network is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Warranty Claims submitted by our dealers.
  • Provide detailed answers to questions regarding claims via phone or email.
  • Record retention and reporting duties.
  • Scanning documents accurately.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work within a group and adapt to changing responsibilities.
  • Willingness to learn about various components of Recreational Vehicles.
What We Offer:

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
