Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Supervise and mentor occupational therapy assistants as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent required.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California required.
  • CPR or Basic Life Support certification required.
