We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (Advanced Care) to join our Multisystem ICU team at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC). As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care to individuals with complex medical conditions, utilizing your advanced skills and knowledge to deliver timely and intense care.
Key Responsibilities- Administer patient care to individuals with advanced illnesses or injuries requiring complex care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including traumatic brain injuries, stroke, trauma, heart failure, and respiratory failure
- Utilize advanced skills and technologies to provide high-quality patient care
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
- ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC certifications required for certain areas
- 6 months+ ICU care experience preferred
