Job SummaryThis Restoration Project Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at SERVPRO of Tupelo. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews, ensuring seamless project delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining accurate project scopes and estimates
  • Negotiating customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing crews and resources to provide service on active projects, including subcontractors
  • Reviewing job site documentation to support services provided and ensuring proper client requirements and billing process
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
  • Managing production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license
  • A high school diploma or GED; an associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
  • At least 3 years of industry experience
  • IICRC certification a plus

Benefits and CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including first-class compensation, superior benefits, career progression opportunities, and professional development support.
