**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year
**Job Description:** As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver direct care to residents as needed, following established care plans, policies, and procedures. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and personalized care.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Administer and document medication according to physician orders
- Conduct regular assessments on assigned residents
- Document all interactions and interventions with residents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Report any changes or concerns regarding resident care to the Resident Care Coordinator
**Requirements:** To be considered for this position, you must have a current LPN license in the State of Alabama and at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting. You must also possess CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
**Physical Requirements:** This position requires standing, walking, and moving about intermittently throughout the day. You must also be able to lift, push, or move a minimum of 100 pounds utilizing proper body mechanics and assistance.
