Shift: Flexibility required for all shifts

Compensation: $28.02/hr

Overview:

As a vital member of the maintenance team, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for evaluating, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on all machinery within the facility, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

The technician's duties encompass:

  • Maintaining consistent attendance
  • Following all safety regulations and protocols
  • Executing installation, repair, and upkeep of facility equipment
  • Effectively managing tasks under pressure
  • Collaborating with team members and providing guidance
  • Utilizing tools safely for maintenance tasks
  • Employing technical manuals and blueprints for problem-solving
  • Carrying out necessary calculations
  • Communicating regularly with supervisors about repair status
  • Documenting maintenance activities and repairs
  • Completing various tasks, including carpentry and snow removal

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dedication to continuous learning and skill development
  • Expertise in areas such as hydraulics, welding, electrical systems, and pump maintenance

Physical Requirements:

This position may involve occasional lifting of up to 55 lbs. and performing standard maintenance activities in diverse environments.
