Job Title: Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at EBI Consulting. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting due diligence services as part of our nationally recognized practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform field assessments of various commercial property types, including multifamily residential, retail, office, self-storage, manufacturing, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and warehouse/distribution facilities.
  • Conduct interviews and independent research of local, state, and federal resources.
  • Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation, including site figures and appendices.
  • Travel on short notice (one week or less) will be required at times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in engineering and due diligence consulting, construction, facilities management, or other real estate consulting services.
  • Experience or familiarity with obtaining data needed to complete ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) to ASTM E2018 standards required.
