Medical Transcriptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist to join our team at A First Choice Staffing Service. As a Medical Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for transcribing medical records in real-time while the physician is with the patient in the examination room. Your duties will include data entry, cleaning exam rooms, taking notes during patient visits, and documenting them in the electronic health records system. You will also work closely with supervising physicians to complete and submit medical records. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing, medical terminology, spelling, grammar, and computer skills. Additionally, you must be able to multitask, be detailed, dependable, great with computers, professional, and a team player. A background check, drug screen, and current reference checks are required for this position.
