Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a leading provider of dental implant and fixed-prosthesis services, is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. Our center provides implants and full mouth restorations to patients, changing their lives. Our top priority is patient satisfaction and well-being. We take pride in delivering life-changing dental implant treatments and witnessing the positive impact on our patients' lives.

You will have 100% autonomy in your practice and work as a 1099 contractor. You will receive a daily guarantee, regardless of whether you work or not, and guaranteed daily rate + pay for performance. The starting compensation is $200/hr, depending on the area, etc.
Key qualifications include:
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
- Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance
- Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office-based setting. Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop, and implement anesthesia plans. Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines. Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks. Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events. Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment.
Our Culture
Our team members are as diverse as the patients we serve. We build special connections with our patients throughout their journey with us. Imagine being part of a team that gets to give patients their confidence back through a brand new smile. We are eager to invent, find new solutions to problems, and develop new processes. At Nuvia, we have a culture of excellence while still collaborating well as a team.
