About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recovery Coach to join our team at Tri-County Human Services. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their recovery journey, promoting hope and empowerment throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a personal recovery plan with identified strengths, needs, abilities, and goals.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in community outreach and engagement activities.
  • Provide liaison services as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least one year of full-time experience in a mental health or addictions treatment setting.
  • Certification as a Certified Peer Specialist by the Florida Certification Board.
