Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school district near Cimarron Hills, CO. This full-time position offers a comprehensive caseload of 35 students spanning from Kindergarten to 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders among students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each student on the caseload.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress and development.
  • Attend and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Prior experience working with children and adolescents across various grade levels, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both students and adults.
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload responsibilities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions for addressing speech and language disorders in students from Kindergarten to 12th grade.
