Job Summary:

An HVAC Estimator plays a vital role in the success of our company, Premier Service Company, Inc. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing the costs associated with HVAC construction projects. Your expertise should span civil engineering, architectural structure, and mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs for HVAC construction projects;
  • Analyze project requirements and develop detailed estimates;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices;
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • College degree in civil or construction engineering;
  • 3+ years of experience in estimations;
  • Proven track record of successful project estimates;
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
