Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Forecast staffing needs and collaborate with site managers to ensure adequate support
  • Conduct daily briefings to delegate tasks and communicate company expectations
  • Lead on internal sub hires, gear transfers, and dry rentals
  • Ensure accurate intake and return of all sub hires
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine priorities and tasks
  • Maintain the physical condition of our campus by working with site managers and spearheading building improvements and repairs
  • Call and oversee multiple truck packs in the shop and on site
  • Use computer systems to assist forecasting needs and conflicts
  • Lead and direct warehouse staff and freelance crews to complete projects
  • Conduct annual and 90-day reviews
  • Report all safety concerns to management
Requirements:
  • Five years of experience in the entertainment industry in warehouse environments preferred
  • Working knowledge of equipment in Clearwing inventory
  • Forklift, Boom Lift, and Scissor Lift certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Ability to lead a large crew and understand union/house rules
  • Current knowledge of industry standards and technology
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
Working Conditions:
  • Regularly bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, and carry up to 50-75 pounds
  • Sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Walk up and down stairs or ladders and be comfortable with heights
  • Work in various temperatures and outdoor weather conditions
  • Work on-call as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work long hours and overtime as required
