We are in search of a Staff & Senior level Property Accountant to contribute to our operations. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably within the real estate sector (either commercial or residential)
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Yardi, MRI, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Experience working within an accrual-based accounting system (as opposed to cash-based)
