Diagnostic Ultrasound Specialist

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Ultrasound Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional ultrasound procedures at a technical level requiring independent judgment, under the direction of a qualified physician.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional ultrasound procedures
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
  • ARRT or ARDMS certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 2+ years of experience in ultrasound technology
