Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on parking equipment, including sign installation, litter pick-up, and garbage removal.
- Snow Removal and Pressure Washing: Assist with snow removal and pressure washing as directed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Represent the company in the event of accidents within the facility, and interact face-to-face with customers to provide exceptional service.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the repair of broken gate arms and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Logistics and Inventory: Track levels of stock and supplies, and coordinate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required, with basic technical education preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in general repairs and maintenance functions, with a strong command of the English language.
- Skills: Organized, friendly, even-tempered, cooperative, and able to work independently and communicate effectively.
