Job Description for Baker at Blondie

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Blondie. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods, including donuts, for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory pastries, including donuts, cakes, and breads.
  • Ensure all baked goods meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop new recipes and products.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial bakery setting.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
