Food Runner

We are seeking a Food Runner who shares our passion for excellence and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Food Runner, you will have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying our Golden Rule in every interaction.

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the guest with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage food tickets on the line in the absence of the Chef to maintain organization and open lines of communication between front and back-of-house teams.
• Inspect dishes to ensure modifications have been met and everything entered by the server on the ticket exactly matches what is being delivered to the guest.
• Anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have the expo station set according to standard.
• Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage.
• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
• Weekend & Holiday availability required.
