We are seeking an experienced and skilled painter to lead our painting crew in Maricopa, AZ. As an Experienced Painter - Paint Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in our team's success while earning a competitive wage of $21 to $23 per hour.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and devising schedules that meet project milestones and completion dates. You will also be expected to actively participate in project meetings, manage materials, and foster a positive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have highly skilled leadership experience, knowledge of alkyd materials and paint chemistry, and basic carpentry skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
