We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Tech Perinatal to join our team at Memorial Health - Perinatology Specialists. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, applying fetal and gynecological ultrasound principles, and maintaining high standards of sonography. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform consistently accurate and high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations
  • Apply fetal and gynecological ultrasound principles in the evaluation of fetal and patient anomalies
  • Adapt to various ultrasound machines while maintaining high standards of sonography
  • Perform ultrasounds on maternal uterus, cervix, and ovaries
  • Operate General Electric, Accuson, Medison, and ATL ultrasound machines with proficiency
  • Maintain ultrasound logging records, including past medical history, past surgical history, past obstetric history, and past genetic history
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree in Ultrasound or a related field
  • Proficiency in operating various ultrasound machines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
