About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing functional rehabilitation to individuals with complex neurological diagnoses in their natural home and community environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to help patients regain functional capabilities
  • Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Perform discharge evaluations and make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing
  • Current CPR Certification
  • A minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapist
