We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist members with their purchases, including processing transactions, answering questions, and providing product information.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot, carts, and other areas of the store.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service to members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service in a high-volume store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
