Certified Nursing Assistant

At Peabody Management Systems Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
