Behavioral Therapist for Children with Autism

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work directly with children with autism in their homes or schools, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instruction and supporting their development.

**Estimated Salary:** $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide ABA instruction part-time in the client's home or school using individualized curriculum created by our Consultants.
• Participate in daily communication with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior.
• Collect and analyze skill acquisition and behavior data, with oversight and supervision provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

**Requirements:**

• Some experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or current enrollment in a four-year Bachelors program preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a track record of reliability.
