Role Responsibilities: The selected candidate will engage in a variety of legal tasks, primarily focusing on:

  • Facilitating real estate transactions, including purchases and sales.
  • Enforcing monetary judgments through legal mechanisms such as information subpoenas and property executions.
  • Providing legal guidance to Condominium and HOA Boards regarding the interpretation and application of By-laws.

Candidate Profile: The ideal applicant will have:

  • 1-3 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in real estate, estate law, litigation, and contract law.
  • A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York Bar.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
