As a gastroenterologist with Allina Health, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care for patients with gastrointestinal disorders
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 patient coverage
- Doctoral degree in medicine or osteopathic medicine from an accredited institution
- Completion of an internal medicine or pediatrics residency program
- Completion of a gastroenterology fellowship program
- 2+ years of experience in gastroenterology
- Board certification or eligibility in gastroenterology
- Current licensure to practice medicine in Minnesota
