Claims Resolution Specialist

Western National Insurance Group is seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving multi-line insurance claims in a timely and professional manner.

• Handle high-volume, low-to-moderate complexity claims within settlement authority.
• Ensure customer service excellence by providing prompt and courteous communication to policyholders and claimants.
• Investigate and review policy forms, facts, and documents related to claims to make informed decisions on claim resolutions.
• Establish and review proper reserves for each claim based on thorough investigation, evaluation, and experience.
• Provide direction to outside resources as needed.
• Perform duties and activities covered by specific instructions, standard practices, and established procedures.

• Understanding of industry practices, standards, and claim concepts.
• Prior claims experience.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical with ability to exercise sound business judgment.
• Good time management skills.

• Competitive salary range of $56,800 - $85,200 annually.
