Role Summary

EXCEPTIONAL BARTENDING OPPORTUNITY

The bartenders at NWR Inc are dedicated to providing outstanding service to residents and visitors across multiple properties in the RDU area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
  • Guide patrons in choosing beverages from the menu.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-stocked bar while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Adhere to ABC regulations and internal policies.
  • Carry out additional duties as required.
Qualifications

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 4 years of bartending experience (experience in private clubs is a plus).
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Square POS system.
  • Consistently positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Compliance with company policies and guidelines.
