Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LVN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse LVN, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Qualifications:
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
