Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of sales performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Perform cashiering, stock room upkeep, and store upkeep as needed, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Maintain company standards regarding personal sales metrics, including sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Physical Demands:

The Sales and Customer Service Specialist will be required to stand for approximately 5-8 hours per day, usually 3-5 days per week. During peak sale periods, the individual may be required to work for long periods throughout the day. The position also requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer's feet, as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks. The individual may be required to climb a ladder or ascend/descend stairs to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale. The Sales and Customer Service Specialist will be required to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional heavier weights.

Benefits:

Finish Line offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour, as well as eligibility for the company 401K plan. Full-time roles are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off.

The Sales and Customer Service Specialist will be required to maintain a high level of physical fitness and stamina to perform the duties of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
