Lead Facilities Cleaner

The Lead Facilities Cleaner role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of designated areas, overseeing daily cleaning operations.

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience is necessary.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in various buildings and facilities.
  • Adhere to established procedures for utilizing chemical cleaners and equipment to avoid damage to surfaces and fixtures.
  • Inform the Manager about the need for minor or major repairs or enhancements to building systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, shift leaders, supervisors, and management.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machinery, and equipment.
  • Move furniture, boxes, and equipment to facilitate cleaning, either manually or using hand trucks.
  • Clean glass partitions, windows, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
  • Wash and replace window blinds as needed.
  • Collect and dispose of trash appropriately.
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking leaves, mowing grass, and snow removal.
  • Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, and equipment in dining areas.
  • Service, clean, and replenish supplies in restrooms.
