Summer Employment Opportunity for College Students and Professionals

Moyer & Son Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pool Technician. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and water balance of residential backyard pools in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain pools to ensure optimal water quality
• Assist in closing pools for the season
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily goals
• Develop and maintain a daily route to ensure efficient service delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Tuition reimbursement available for college students

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• High integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds for extended periods
• Flexibility to work 10+ hour days and occasional Saturdays

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Criminal background check
• Driver's license check
• Fit for duty physical and 12-panel drug screen

Compensation:

$18-20 per hour
