Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with other departments, and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care using the nursing process, maintaining professional accountability for the assigned patients.
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care with other departments.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service standards.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Physical requirements/demands: prolonged standing and walking each shift, ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
