CommonSpirit Health is seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or acute kidney injury (AKI).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment options, self-care, and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to dialysis care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Dakota or a compact state.
- At least two years of clinical experience in dialysis or a related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
